Some users are currently experiencing difficulty placing orders when using Google Chrome. They are directed to our payment gateway, then sent back to the website with an empty basket and no confirmation. The order will then be cancelled. 


This is a known problem and we are working as quickly as we can with our payment gateway provider to fix this. If you have experienced this problem, you will have not been charged. You may try to order once more through another browser, alternatively please contact us and we can enter the order manually for you.
